By accessing or using Quiz Maker, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Quiz Maker allows users to generate Google Forms automatically based on data input in Google Sheets. Additional features may include managing forms, controlling availability, and AI-powered question generation (in future releases).
You agree to use Quiz Maker only for lawful educational or administrative purposes. You must not:
Misuse the app to send spam, collect data unlawfully, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the code or underlying technology.
Use the app in a way that interferes with the functionality of Google Workspace tools.
The app requires access to your Google Sheets and Google Forms to function properly. By using the app, you grant the necessary permissions to read, create, and update documents.
We do not store your form data or spreadsheet content on our servers unless explicitly stated. All data processing occurs within your Google account unless future features require cloud services, in which case we will notify you.
All content, trademarks, and branding related to Quiz Maker are owned by JOHNNYWORKS LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or abusive way.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
JOHNNYWORKS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including data loss or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
